Aiming at improving our services and the appropriate follow-up of the activated carbon utilization by our customers, the Industrias Químicas Carbomafra provides a Technical Assistance service for Granulated Activated Carbon.

To that effect, please send us a 500 g Activated Carbon sample used in each filter. Please note that the sample must be extracted from the central portion of the filter and packaged into a plastic bag. This is a cost-free service.
